About us

Bhhm is a holiday rental agency in Hermanus which specializes in up market self catering holiday accommodation from Voelklip to Vermont in the Overberg area. All properties are scrutinized by ourselves to ensure that they are up to our standards.

This ensures that you can rest assured that the rental property lives up to your expectations and that your holiday won’t be affected by substandard holiday homes. All properties are equipped with creature comforts to ensure a relaxed holiday.

Property size ranges from 2 bedroom apartments through to 6 bedroom houses.

We also offer the following services to home owners.

If you as an owner chooses to do your own bookings but don’t have the means to prepare or meet the guests we have a “meet and greet “service. This includes a pre check/clean of property.

• Opening up and meet guest.
• Contact person during stay for any problems that may arise.
• Check out guest.
• Clean house and do linen.

We will also market your property via online portals e.g. Airbnb, Lekkeslaap, Booking.com etc.

The agency was started in 2001 and we have many happy clients returning to the same property every year. This ensures you as property owner a good return on your investment

In addition to the above we have our own laundry and cleaning service.

This means that all cleaning and linen is done by our own staff and no 3rd party is used.

By doing it this way ensures that we have control over these functions and can ensure that they are done to a satisfactory level. We also have a specialized window cleaning service which uses water fed poles and filtered water to ensure that all windows are sparkling clean.

Over the years we have build up a good network of electricians, plumbers, handymen etc. So if you are in need of any of these services we will gladly assist by recommending good reliable subcontractors and will manage projects in conjunction with them.
